"It's not the ranch's job to produce what the cow
needs to perform.....
It's the cow's job to perform on what the ranch
can best provide!!"
That's just one of
many reasons I choose the Texas Longhorn over any other breed. Browse utilization, Calving ease, temperament, disease
resistance, longevity and good tasting lean meat. Not to mention there beauty. Each one unique and elegant,
one of a kind, created by God and shaped by nature. The goal at MR3 Ranch is to selectively breed to produce a superior breed of Texas Longhorn. ( With long,
thick, continues horns!!! )

"The great bulls are expressed through their progeny".
MR3 Highway Rebel, sired by the two time horn show case winner Rebel Red and his dam Highway girl out of a Grand world Champion
is proving just that, to be a great bull! His first calves have shown his potential. All are showing his great disposition
and good conformation. Of the 15 cows bred to him, 4 heifers went over 48" and 2 over 50" TTT by 24 months. Of the 15
cows only one had over 60" of horn and all but one had a heifer calf. Some of his heifers are over 40" at 16 months. He drops
the horns down on all of them and increases the diameter. His daughters are good milkers too! I have a lot of well
known high dollor bulls in my tank, but the one doing the best job is standing out back in the mud and snow.
Take a Look at some of his Heifers on the 2004 Heifers page. >
( It's just more fun to grow the ones with lots of horn! ) A limited amount of Semen
is available! $25 per straw!

MR3 Clan Descent: 5/27/04 Shock Wave line bred cow, out
of MR3 Highway Rebel pictured above. This bull can really put the heavy horns on. This gorgeous heifer
comes from world champions in both show and horn. Three world champions in this girls pedigree, Combining World Show Champion
Fancy Girl and Grand world Champion Jet Jockey, With two time horn Show case Champion Rebel Red. She has a deep, long
thick body with good lateral horns. Now 70" tip to tip and still growing. She has blossomed
into a real beauty. This is a total pacage! Very gentle! She has a real nice 09 bull calf out of LC Bladen
that is coming on strong as a herd sire. She is bred to the legendary horn producing bull Coach for a 2010 calf.
MR3 Miles Away: DOB: 8/1/05 Takes first in her class at the World Qualifying Show and was measured at
the Horn Showcase satilite station in Red Bluff on 10/27/06 Horns 43 1/4" TTT. She measure 50"ttt a few days
after turnig 18 months. 56+" at 22 months. In my humble opinion I believe her to be the longest horned heifer for her age
in the industry today. "2007 Horn Showcase Measured on 10/26/07 She won all three of her classes! 61 1/2" Tip to Tip
74 7/16" Total and 159 1/16" Composite! "Yee Haw!" shown here with her MR3 Highway Rebel bull calf. She now

'' Horn Showcase champion" MR3 Ticket To The Moon: Her dam MR3 Red Moon Fever was my longest horned heifer of 04 out of MR3 Highway Rebel
picture above. Her grand dam, dam and aunts have all sold. Ticket To The Moon is the last of some real hot blood lines that
I would like to keep going. Her sire Mile Marker has worked real well on Highway Rebel progeny. Her dam out
of Highway Rebel was 50'' TTT at 21.5 months. Ticket To The Moon is 49.375" ttt at the same age, only with a high horn set.
At the 2008 Horn Showcase she placed 2nd tip to tip with 55 7/16". She was 1st in total horn with 71 1/4" and 1st in the composite
with 152 7/16". Her Tempter heifer MR3 Moon Beam can be seen under 09 heifers. 2010 bull calf at side.
MR3 Coyote Ugly > The kind of heifer that if you woke up and found yourself at a big sale,
you would have to chew your arm off to keep from bidding on her! VJ Tommie X MR3 Colorado Cowgirl another club 50"cow
out of MR3 Highway Rebel. More" on the 2006 heifer page.
MR3 Ringer > This young bull has exceptional horn growth for his age. His sire JBR
Cash holds multiple horn showcase titles. His dam MR3 Rebel Annie is another one out of MR3 Highway Rebel and is a total package
type cow. MR3 Ringer has the attributes a breeder wants. He is shown at 15 months with 46" tip to
